Gradebook Tips
To log in to Gradebook
  1. Click on the Icon
  2. Choose New User
  3. Staff ID is the 6 digit number
      (The campus secretary will issue you an ID number that is used to begin the process--you will not use your SS#.)
  4. Follow instructions
  5. It is very important that you remember your User Name as it is case sensitive and I can not recover that.
Caution from Reg 14 Support Staff
Caution when setting up your Gradebook Logon! Some teachers have accidentally created the wrong logon due to auto correct when using their IPAD ! Please make sure to remind teachers to double check the logon account before they save! This is really not something that can be undone once their account links up in TxEIS!!!!

Campus secretaries can unlock your grade book if you repeatedly enter an incorrect password and assist with other related questions.  For general web related issues, use the Tech Service link under Departments / Technology from the Jim Ned homepage.
